BULUNDSHEHAR UP’S LOVE COUPLE OF ABDUL HAKIM AND MEHWISH FACING A DEATH SENTENCE BY KHAP PANCHAYAT BLESED WITH A DAUGHTER FEW MINUTES AGO IN A DELHI HOSPITAL

New Delhi – 21^st July- Mehwish and Abdul Hakim, the Love couple of Bulindshehar UP on whom the Khap Panchayat of the village had pronounced DEATH SENTENCE ON SIGHT on 30^th October 2010  and who have finally taken shelter with the Love Commandos in Delhi have been blessed with a daughter few minutes ago in a hospital in Delhi.

The couple had approached the state authorities, police authorities, National Commission for women and Union Minister for Women and Child welfare for protection and help. Their plight was reported by the Print and electronic media a few days ago. However till this minute the directed protection has not reached the couple.

The couple had been running from pillar to post to save their lives. Members of the family of the male partner Abdul Hakim had also been attacked by the Khap Panchayat, their encestral house snatched, they turned out of the village, and tortured by the police in the past.

Till date the couple is jobless and in disturbed condition. Till writing of this piece both mother and child are fine, however Mehwish will take some time to recover as she is reported to be heving blood shortage as stated by the doctors.

Recently a film maker of film KHAP to be released this month only had at a Press Conference announced a help of Rs 21000/= to the couple but the same has not reached them and their efforts to contact the producer and director have resulted in NO REPLY to their calls.
